Womb

Fall…

fallen far beyond reach

into the cotton teeth

of an anhedonic wound

I twist seeking

an open passage

through scattered

dramas…

my invisible love-

will you still love me

even with all

the constricting traumas?

With this slithering tongue

I’ve birthed and buried

every sage

broken and recreated

the fabric of every cage…

Fallen,

falling on apparitional walls,

on phantom ears

my dreams have been

swallowed whole

by a famished wizard

one last prayer

upon a descending comet

suspended in the pauses

watching everything

standing still in eternity,

beyond reach…
